24-hour cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit starts for a full refund of money paid. With less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the agreed reservation total is retained.

These client-supplied terms require legal review before real operation. Partial payments, rescheduling, no-shows, after-start or venue cancellations require individual review. No new debt is automatically created for unpaid reservations. Refunds are processed manually through the bank; this website does not transfer money.
