Booking and website data
Cal.com processes names, email addresses, appointment times and booking language for scheduling and notifications. Our private Supabase booking list stores these operational details and optional neutral staff notes. The public website loads the Cal.com booking embed; Cal.com may process technical data and use its own cookies. Supabase stores CMS content and images and provides admin authentication with session cookies. Vercel hosts the website. Experience choices (scent, sound, projection and lighting) are sent to Cal.com and stored with the booking in Supabase to prepare the visit. They are not a medical questionnaire.
Data retention and launch review
This is temporary developer/test infrastructure. Test bookings are cancelled and test data removed after verification where supported; provider email and operational records may remain. Before launch the provider must specify its identity, contact details, processing grounds, recipients, retention periods and rights procedures. No final retention policy has been approved.
Only scheduling information
No customer account or payment is needed. Do not provide diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, documents or other health information. This draft does not guarantee legal compliance.
Privacy questions
The controller’s name and contact details for privacy questions will be added before the website launches publicly.
